Project Description
Product Introduction
AP-100 Antimildew Antibacterial Powder is antimicrobial agent compounded by silver and zinc, purely inorganic. It can withstand high temperature up to 1300℃. We use inorganic mineral materials as base materials, process antibacterial factors by unique technology and then implant into the pores of inorganic mineral materials. The slow-release technology enables the products long-acting antimicrobial effect. It kills and removes bacterium with high efficiency and broad spectrum. It has no toxicity or harm to human body. Adding this into the materials doesn’t change or influence the surface appearance, color, gloss and original performance of the materials.
Additive Amount
3-5% by weight is suggested. Please test according to the production technology and condition of products.

Application Case
Add Antimicrobial Antimildew Powder for Ceramic AP-100 into glaze to make Antimicrobial Ceramic as the blow production process:
The feature of this method is simple process that only need to make little adjustment on production method before mass production.
Sample test by cover film method: make the antimicrobial ceramic into test specimen size 50mm x 50mm and untreated test specimen of the same size. Drop certain test inoculum to spread out as film on the test specimen, then cover PE film on bacteria film. Store 18-24 hours at 37℃ condition, then wash off the test inoculum by Phosphate-buffered physiological saline. Determine the number of viable bacteria by counting the number of colonies. Calculate the difference value of the two test specimens to antibacterial effectiveness of the antibacterial product.
