AS-110 is complexed antiseptic antimicrobial antimildew solution with high efficiency, not containing formaldehyde or VOC. It is highly effective against bacteria, fungi, mold and algae. It can be applied to protect working fluid, PVC, PU, silicon, resin, PO, PET against bacteria, fungi, mold and algae, and enable surface activity, thereby causing surface antimicrobial effect on plastic, coating and dry film, etc.

1. Directly add into the materials with suggested amount 0.3%～0.6% at normal indoor temperature and stir evenly.
2. Process into antimicrobial masterbatches and then mix them with other polymer without antimicrobial function before hot melt.

The samples were tested under the test standard ISO 22196-2011-Measurement of antibacterial activity on plastics and other non-porous surfaces. As a result, the antibacterial activity against S. aureus is over 5.0 and E.coli over 6.1 after 24 hours.
