Applying silver ion antimicrobial spinning powder as active antimicrobial ingredient and superior PBT raw material as carrier, we process the PBT masterbatches by advanced dispersion technology and processing method. Silver Antimicrobial PBT Masterbatches has superb antibacterial performance and good dispersion, superior particle size distribution, therefore very little impact on the spinnability and dyeing property of PET.

Silver Antimicrobial PBT Masterbatches are applicable for production of PET staple fiber, PET filament and PET nonwovens, etc.

Package

Packed by aluminum foil bag, 25kgs/bag.
It should be stored in dark and ventilated place at normal temperature, avoiding of high temperature, strong light, damp and water.

Additive Amount

1. The suggested adding rate is 5% of fiber weight, but it can also be adjusted as per specific demand.
2. Before mixing, the masterbatch should be continuously dried in a blast or vacuum oven at 80 °C for 2-4 hours. After mixing with the PET chips, the production of polyester yarn can be carried out according to the original production process, and the production process should be appropriately adjusted if necessary.
