Product Introduction
The Inorganic Silicate Carrying Silver Antimicrobial Powder distributes evenly antibacterial silver and zinc, etc by stable form, into long-acting silicate structure, therefore forming the particles with antibacterial effects.
It is inorganic, hence high safety and heat resistant, as well as good stability. Adding this into various types of resins can achieve superb antibacterial effect.

Additive Amount
Add this into raw materials of various synthetic resins such as PP, PS, PE, PC, ABS, PA, etc, all kinds of paints, and adhesives.
To use for synthetic resin, this powder can be processed into master batch, before being added into raw materials according to the specific production process. The suggested dosage is 0.5-0.8%.
For the coatings and adhesives, this powder can be added directly into the basic material at 0.5-1.2% by weight.

Application Case
The Inorganic Silicate Carrying Silver Antimicrobial Powder was added to make Antimicrobial PP Food Container. The sample of Antimicrobial PP Food Container was sent to Japan to test by JNLA, and the test result is turned out to be superb. The antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus is 5.5R and 3.9R according to the test method.
