Silver Ion Antimicrobial Antimite Polyester Staple Fiber can be weaved with natural fiber or purely for all kinds of bedding, furniture clothing, furnishing fabric, sanitary dressing, hospital bedding, surgical gowns, doctor’s work clothes, patient clothing, clothing for the food industry, footwear materials, gloves, underwear and garment, etc. The non-woven products made by this can be widely used for disposable sanitary materials, such as sterile surgical gowns, surgical caps, masks, sanitary coating materials, dressings, insoles, lining and filtration materials, etc.
Functions
SSF-100 is a kind of long-acting functional fiber, melted with antimicrobial material into spinning melts and then spinned. Comparing with antibacterial finishing after spinning, it is broad-spectrum, highly antibacterial, long-acting, non-toxic to human body and has wide range of applications. It is tested by authority to have superb antimicrobial performance against Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC 6538), Streptococcus pneumoniae (ATCC 4352) and Candida albicans (ATCC 10231).
