AP-105 is antibacterial agent with zinc, purely inorganic. It can withstand high temperature up to 1300℃. We use inorganic mineral materials as base materials, process antimicrobial factors by unique technology and then implant into the pores of inorganic mineral materials. The slow-release technology enables the products long-acting antimicrobial effect. It kills and removes bacterium with high efficiency and broad spectrum. It has no toxicity or harm to human body. Adding this into the materials doesn’t change or influence the surface appearance, color, gloss and original performance of the materials.

1-1.5% by weight is suggested for staple fiber. Please test according to the production technology and condition of products.

* Long-acting effect: The antimicrobial components spread evenly with stable form, therefore leading to long-acting antimicrobial effect.
* High safety: The inorganic antimicrobial materials make it more secure. It is tested by Authority to be without harm to human body or environment.
