AS-120 is regarded safe and efficient broad-spectrum antibacterial agent. It is colorless and odourless with low antimicrobial concentration and rapid effect. It can produce a layer of anion to be long-lasting antimicrobial. It can rapidly and efficiently sterilize all kinds of bacteria and fungus such as Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Aspergillus niger. It has no color or odour, neither irritation to the membranes. The antibacterial rate against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans is up to 99.9% by GB15979-2002 Appendix C4 Antibacterial Performance Test for Dissolved Antibacterial Products.

Referring to GB/15979-2002 Hygienic Standard for Disposable Sanitary Products, the microbiological indicator of the antimicrobial wipes with our recommended additive is qualified. Besides, the sterilizing rate against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans is no less than 90% lasting for over one year.

Store in cool dry indoor and seal, away from direct sunlight, avoiding of cold and frozen environment. The shelf life is 2 years.

Dilute with purified water or treated water by 1：250 to 1：500 before using.

1. Preparing the antimicrobial liquid: Put 500kgs treated water or purified water in the container and add 1kg Antimicrobial Antimildew Solution for Wipes AS-120, then stir evenly. It is better to prepare immediately prior to using.

Experiment of shelf life by calculating number of fungus and bacteria: Under the conditions of temperature and humidity suitable for the growth of microbe, store for certain period of time and then calculate the total number of bacteria and fungi to determine the antibacterial performance of preservative within the shelf life of the wipes. The result is that the microbiological indicator of the antimicrobial wipes still meet the standard byGB/15979-2002 Hygienic Standard for Disposable Sanitary Products.
Experiment to avoid the contamination: after certain time, observe or smell to see if the antimicrobial wipes go moulding or rancid.
