Product Introduction

AS-100 is antimicrobial Ag finishing agent for textile and sports sneaker materials with extraordinary effect on resisting odour and bacterial of the product. With only 3-5% additive amount for textile, the antibacterial rate of the textile against Klebsiella pneumoniae, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans is still up to 90% after 50 times washing. Therefore, it protects the textile products against bacterium for long time.

Range of Application

1. Textile, nonwoven, underwear, shoes, socks, bedding, towels and carpet with long-acting antimicrobial and antimildew function.
2. Textile products such as home furnishing, industrial and medical clothing, sports fabrics including clothing, protective gear, socks and medical equipment, etc to prevent the growing of all kinds of microorganisms such as bacteria, fungi, algae and dust mite, etc., the odour, stain, deterioration and allergy caused by microorganisms.

Usage

1. We recommend treating after dying, color fastness and neutralization and make sure the material is not softened.
2. Make sure to wash the material before treating and the pH rate between 5 and 8.
3. Make sure the pH rate of working fluid is within 5.2-6 after adding stabilizer.
4. Do not mix chelant or other material that make inactivate silver.
5. AS-100 may react with other chemicals, so please try with small amount before mass production.
6. Do not mix this antibacterial agent with auxiliary agent in high concentration condition.
